For detail informations about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. We are a 14 physician anesthesia group operating in 6 anesthetizing locations in Northeast Alabama. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to manage our billing as well as HR ! operations for our doctors, CRNAs, and office staff. The successful applicant will be able to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and payors, manage facilities, and have excellent financial management skills.
Financial management will include negotiating with vendors, improving the revenue cycle through billing and collections, overseeing AR and AP, and budgeting. Prior practice management experience, familiarity with Cerner billing software, and knowledge of anesthesia coding would be highly desirable.
