DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Resort Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort, to day-to-day staff management and guests. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the resort owners and other stakeholders.
Responsible for managing the resorts management team (HOD's) and overall resort targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Resort Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
The Resort Manager shall ensure all statutory requirements, company’s safety rules & regulations including the implementation of regular in-house safety trainings, relevant safety promotions/courses. Responsible to lead the investigation team and submission of final report, in case of any accidents in the facilities.
PREREQUISITES:
The ideal candidate is an energetic and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
