Working Student - KYC Operations (m/f/d)
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented and dynamic working student to work alongside our KYC Operations and Compliance teams who are available immediately for at least 6 months. You will be putting on the investigator hat and work on onboarding clients according to the respective Anti-Money-Laundering laws, review existing clients and check whether their KYC status can still be deemed as satisfying and last but least dive deep into the onboarding of legal entities which want to become partners of Moonfare. You will gain hands-on experience on how KYC is done in a Private Equity environment and obtain invaluable insight into our long-term operational goals as well as day-to-day business execution. You will be a project owner with a seat at the table, providing tangible impact with all your work.
You will:
- Obtain first hand experience onboarding clients and conduct perpetual KYC
- Support in managing and tracking our client transactions
- Assist with the Partner onboarding (KYB) process
- Help improve/automate KYC/AML operations processes in collaboration with our Product team
- Work on a variety of ad-hoc projects
The next Moonfarian:
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- First experience within the Finance sector
- A hands-on mentality, a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Previous internship experience at startups is a plus
