- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in social sciences or any other related field
- 2-3 years of experience with data cleaning and Monitoring is preferred
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to communicate with the field team and management.
- Power Bi, Survey CTO,SPSS or Stata
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a demonstrable
- Some familiarity with quantitative data collection tools.
- Command over written communication in English.
- Conduct Surveys, Assessments and Rapid Survey
- Project Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination
- Data processing, Visualization & Management.
- Provide oversight and support during training and data collection activities.
- Support the analysis of quantitative data.
- Coordination and Communication with the field team before, during and after data collection.
- Support project related writing activities including support in data summaries, presentations and so on.
- Support business development activities as appropriate.
- Support the development of materials for publication in journals and other locations.
