Office Administrator/Receptionist [Ireland]


 

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and competent front of house receptionist on a part-time basis to cover Thursday & Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm at our busy office in Castleknock.

The successful candidate will need to be experienced, preferably with a number of years of reception experience and interested in the property industry. They will also need to be proficient in the use of a number of computer programmes (word, excel, power point etc) and quick to learn. It is a busy reception so familiarity with using multi line telephone system is also essential.

As our office is busy and we are a dynamic team, it is imperative that the successful candidate is a team player, works well under pressure, has a very good telephone manner and has a “can do” attitude.

As a front of house representative of the company, a professional dress sense is also essential.

In addition to being responsible for general reception duties, the successful candidate will also be involved in the administration of paperwork, diary management for the office and a strong knowledge of the geographical location would be an advantage.

Our office opening hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 10am - 2.00pm Saturday.
