Job Summary:

The Sales Executive for a coal trading business will be responsible for generating sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team, logistics team, and management to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of coal trading business is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
