We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Setter for our high-ticket coaching program. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, making it essential that you deliver a positive and professional impression while effectively indentifying potential clients who would most benefit from our coaching program. You will engage with prospective leads, qualify them, and set up sales calls for our coaching program. This role requires someone with familiarity of the fitness industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage persuasively in conversation. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive and dedicated to converting incoming leads into potential clients for our coaching program.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with new incoming leads promptly and professionally, ensuring a quick turnaround from initial contact to scheduling a sales call.
- Utilize your persuasive conversation skills to pique the interest of prospective clients, highlighting the unique benefits of our coaching program.
- Pre-qualify leads using set criteria to ensure that they are a good fit for our coaching program based on their needs, interests, and financial capability.
- Set up sales calls between qualified leads and our sales team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our high-ticket coaching program to effectively communicate its value to leads.
- Follow-up with leads regularly to ensure they progress through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification process and strategies.
- Meet or exceed set performance metrics for lead engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-ticket sales environment in the fitness industry.
- Certified through Richard Yu or similar program is preferred.
- US based applicants preferred.
- Experience selling via chat through Instagram and Facebook is required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with leads, effectively qualifing leads for the program.
- High level of responsiveness and commitment to engaging with new leads promptly.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and can work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to ensure leads are contacted promptly.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role, offering you unlimited income potential based on the number of qualified leads you convert to sales calls that purchase the program.
