- Take ownership of the respective outlet’s performance and developing proposals to increase revenue.
- Managing a team of 2-6 capable sales consultants.
- Liaise with HQ in developing marketing plans for the store.
- Act as the product expert and advise customers on our product values.
- Ensure their respective store is presentable and attractive for customers.
- Develop a strong customer database to create customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prior experience managing staff would be desirable.
- A numbers-driven personality for sales.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
