We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the product or service.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
