The position is primarily responsible to support Beckman Coulter’s customers by educating internal/external stakeholders on BCI DxH portfolio and providing the needed technical support, Training and troubleshooting, within the specified territory of Saudi Arabia.

  • Demonstrate outstanding knowledge of the market, and competitor’s portfolio.
  • Build long term relationships with the end users in his assigned territory
  • Drive revenue growth through competitive wins, base retention strategies , and maximize consumption per analyzer
  • Support the WITS and Commercial teams in driving total lab automation wins.

Marketing and Communications requirements:

  • Gather and Analyze competitive and competitor data and report accordingly.
  • Provide presentations about DxH product or clinical parameters as needed.
  • Assist the Channel Partner’s team in developing the needed competencies to succeed
  • Uses clinical expertise to identify customer training needs and develop product advocates to the platform
  • Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to build partnerships with the marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure high customer service.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure messages are cascaded and delivered as needed.
  • Ensure standardization of Channel partner marketing messages in the marketplace.

Product Requirements:

  • Responsible for the validation of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics instrument installations
  • Develop and deliver product training to end users as well as supporting field associates (sales and service).
  • Conduct onsite training for accurate operation of instrumentation ensure IB receives adequate clinical support
  • Ensure customer is accurately prepared for validation and meetings for established implementation timeline.
  • Complete Validations studies on instrumentation including, but not limited to: instrument set-up, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons.
  • Provide both onsite and remote phone support to customers for assay and QC related questions.
  • Diagnose and resolves technical issues (parameters, calibration and quality control).
  • Develop and support customer regarding External Quality Control.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
  • Assess customer Key Operator performance and knowledge.
  • Address customer questions and concern regarding instrument operation and assay performance, in accordance with published specifications and regulatory body requirements.
  • Work closely with many cross functional teams including Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training.

    To be successful in this role you will:

  • B. Sc. degree in Life Sciences, medical Lab
  • Diagnostic/ Laboratory - Hematology experience is a MUST.
  • Solid understanding of Diagnostics with strong emphasis on Laboratory Quality Requirements- CAP, CLIA, CBAHI.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), EP Evaluator.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with the different stakeholders including end-users, purchasing agents, Distributors.
  • Highly agile and flexible as extensive travel is required
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market
