Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
The Functional administrator of L&C tools is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day administration, update and optimization of TeamConnect (ebilling & matter management solution from Mitratech), TAP (ticketing system for Legal requests from Mitratech) and Trustarc (Privacy management from Trustarc) solutions.
It will provide operational support towards end users (answer questions, resolve issues or escalate & manage tickets, provide reports, communicate, perform ad hoc actions etc.), perform recurring admin activities for a proper working of the tools with no interruption, maintain documentation up to date and manage solution improvements (propose improvements, redact requirements, review proposed design, perform tests, working closely with Technology manager)
Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Address How do I questions from users by referring to the End user guide & supporting when needed
- Admin activities:
- For TeamConnect: Timekeepers approval & rejection, Cost center update to an existing matter, Cost center creation or relabelling, Primary assignee change to an existing matter, Invoice fiscal year reallocation, Budget request cancellation (e.g. incorrect, duplicate), Make a matter Private, Temporary reallocation when a user is sick, maternity leave etc., Object update or removal: Matter, cost center, incorrect matter, budget request, invoice, contact, cost center etc. Budget request & invoice restart, reassignment, or skip, Rate requests approval, Missing vendor code creation support, New firm onboarding
- For all tools: Access issue, End user creation, data upload / download, object update or removal, monitor authorized solution upgrades
- Create and manage tickets that need to go to solution vendor's technical support
- End user training
- Ad hoc searches and reporting
- Documentation update (e.g. admin guide, training slide deck)
- Communication actions
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 3 years degree in IT or Project management field
- 2-5 years experience in IT solution administration front & back end
- Problem solving skills
- Communication and coordination skills
- Adaptability to end user you are supporting

- Rigor
- Keen to support
- English: fluent (C1)
- French is a plus
