Job Description


Your main responsibilities

  • You will lead the consumer support across pre-purchase, payments and post purchase processes for the marketplace consumers for all countries within the Allegro Mall Group.
  • You will secure and develop customer service processes to increase efficiency of problem solving and customer satisfaction.
  • You will optimize the cost of service and Allegro Protect buyers protection program.
  • You will proactively cooperate with Technology and Business Units on platform processes changes in order to reduce consumers pain points on their journey
  • You will work on number of project aimed at improving buyers’ satisfaction and efficiency
  • You will be managing the international teams of consumer support across markets (PL/CZ/SK/HU/SL/CR)
  • You will be managing the CX relationship with external partners such as outsourcing or payments operators.

  • Have min. 10 years of experience in positions related to Customer Experience / Customer Service
  • Have min. 5 years of experience in managerial position leading large and complex teams
  • Have have in-depth knowledge of CX operations management, quality measurement and efficiency improvement
  • Have analytical approach, business acumen and good problem solving skills
  • Have excellent project and time management skills
  • You are an effective and structured communicator
  • You are proficient in Polish as well as English
