Your day to day:
The Change Manager ensures that all the changes to the TV platforms are managed and communicated using defined change control procedures, methods and ITIL standards, to allow efficient handling and no impact in customers perceived QoS.
The Change Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of change, building relationships that support the delivery of ongoing projects that will improve day to day operations, network, applications stability and availability.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Coordination of all change activity for Group TV on both Pre-production and Production environments;
- Liaise with internal (project engineers) and external (SaaS vendors) change implementers in support change activity;
- Own and enforce the change management process for Group TV Operations in according with ITIL Best Practice;
- Drive QA validation of change submissions with other 2nd line team, enforcing the “4 eyes principle” for all changes
- Run Change Approval Boards for TV Operations;
- Provide reporting metrics in relation to change approval and implementation;
- Support service improvement initiatives in this area.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- Good communications and organisation skills;
- Team working oriented;
- Customer focus;
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, specifically change management in telecommunications
- Strong understanding of technical networks and environments
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Higher education, preferably technical (eg: Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Computers, Informatics etc.);
- 2-3 years of technical expertise in IT/Telecommunications Operations or Projects
- Relevant experience in coordination of development activities/software support, hardware or applications;
- Knowledge of ITIL/eTOM;
