Team Structure:

The Hong Kong Corporate team comprises 3 partners, 1 consultant, 1 of counsel, 3 associates and 3 secretaries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in various tasks involved in a Hong Kong IPO, including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence and verification, drafting of prospectus and attending to closing
• Assist in various tasks involved in M&As and other corporate transactions, including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence, and attending to signing and closing
• Assist in compliance work for public and private companies
• Assist in general commercial and employment matters

Most of our roles are hybrid, meaning that colleagues benefit from working in our office and remotely. We are happy to discuss this and other flexible working arrangements with you as part of the application and interview process.

Attributes/Skills Required:

• Fluent in English and Putonghua – both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• First degree in law from a common law jurisdiction
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IPO, M&A and other corporate work would be an advantage
