We are recruiting a technical customer support agent for an international company for their office in Lisbon.
The role is based in Portugal
Your missions:
- Handle customer support queries through various channels in a timely manner
- Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
- Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
- Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues
Your profile:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone
- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)
- Willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills and an analytical mind-set.
