Team Overview:
Our IBG Human Resources team is compromised of different professionals across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Mobility, HRBP, Culture and Organizational Development. HR plays a significant role in developing positive business culture and improving employee engagement and productivity. We are seeking an HR Business Partner Intern.
Role Responsibilities:
- Understand the business strategy.
- Understanding how HR processes work at Didi and what the strategy, approach and philosophy of HR are here.
- Internship program support and point of contact for interns.
- Support technical training and local events.
- Currently studying a related career to administration or psychology.
- Intermediate to advanced English skills.
- Passionate for working in teams.
