Job Summary:
Responsible for developing new relationships with high net worth individuals, corporations and businesses for the Bank, broadening relationships of existing clients, and enhancing profitability of credit and deposit services for the bank. Manages ongoing complex credit and deposit relationships for individuals, corporations and partnerships. Services a portfolio of existing relationships and responsible for negotiating credit arrangements and improving cash flow. Enhances quality of service to existing relationships and coordinates delivery of client service with other parts of the Bank. Enjoy working in a team model.
Major Duties
1. Responsible for developing new relationships and existing relationships. Identifies prospects and develops the marketing strategy for specific clients.
2. Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities external to banking in the areas of investment and fiduciary.
3. Applies knowledge of credit policy, banking products as well as risk management in serving clients.
4. Generates new self-sourced annual loan production.
5. Responsible for structuring and negotiating complex loan agreements according to sound risk management practices.
6. Analyzes and negotiates the terms of loans, such as special pricing conditions, interest rates, Swaps etc. according to guidelines set by the Credit Policy Committee. Oversees and negotiates the preparation of documentation necessary for the financing agreement.
9. As subject matter lending expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
13. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management.

Qualifications:
- 7 years or more client servicing experience in commercial lending or private banking acquired through formal education and experience.
- Strong credit acumen in order to advise high net worth clients with their complex credit needs.
- Strong organizational skills and portfolio management experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
