US Shift : In between 7 pm to 5:30am (9 hours)
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide email support by responding immediately to customers in clear, concise, and friendly language. Emails must be grammatically correct and professional, as representing a global company.
- Provide chat/telephone support by responding to chats/calls in a clear, friendly, professional, and empathetic manner using modern Customer Service language.
- Record customer issues (raise tickets) and take full ownership of closing issues (including following up with internal teams to close them.) You are the customers spokesperson within the organization.
- Take complete ownership in Identifying and isolating root causes of customer issues; follow up internally to have them resolved.
- Inform the customer when their issues are closed and ensure customer satisfaction when closing issues.
- Maintain reports on issues, root causes, and call/email volumes
- Provide remote support where required, escalating issues to the development team and coordinating to have them closed
Skills Required
- Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
- Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Good typing skills
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge:
- Web programming (Word Press), Digital marketing, E-Commerce, CSS, CSS3, HTML, HTML5 & other Web Services
- Graduation / Excellent English Communication skills / Diligent
- Open to work in different shifts
