What You Will Do
- Leads and supports the country sales team during the sales process as needed. This position Will lead the Wright Medical, Spine and Sports Medicine franchises.
- Provides leadership to a team of sales representatives in a defined geographic area and supports the sales process to ensure achievement of regional/country sales monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Keeps the Business Unit Manager informed of all sales-related activity, market trends, highlights, and competitor activity within the region to drive growth and success.
- Drives employee engagement through communication, support, and responsive management, and actively recruits and selects talent through the consistent use of candidate screening and interviewing, partnering with Human Resources as needed.
- Focuses on the personal and professional development of sales team to ensure ongoing engagement and success, implementing good supervisory and team management practices and techniques.
- Pursues new business opportunities, new markets, and acquisitions, as necessary, contributing to leading in product innovation and continuously searching for ways to enhance performance.
- Ensures accuracy in order entry and shipment schedules to meet customer expectations and satisfaction and is accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
- Contributes to operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, participating in preventative maintenance and safety programs, striving for cost reduction, and committing to on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
What You Need
- +5 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Previous experience in Orthopedic Products.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced English skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
- Extensive travel may be required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to use independent judgment effectively are required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, specifically related to stress management, people management, project management, and conflict management, are required.
