Job Summary:

The System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the computer system, software, and infrastructure of the company. Ensures the smooth operation of the IT environment and provides technical support to the users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, including server and network availability, resource utilization, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security policies.
  • Monitor and respond to system alerts, notifications, and security incidents.
  • Evaluate, test, and deploy system patches, updates, and upgrades.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and training.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and capacity planning to meet future needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to system administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in system administration tools, scripting languages, and automation techniques.
  • Proven experience maintaining and monitoring a CRM software like Odoo, SalesForce, Zoho, etc.
  • With experience using Odoo is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
