As an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a key player in driving the agency's data-driven strategy and recommendations process, delivering impactful outcomes for our clients' businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to manage business intelligence dashboards and reports that ensure data is continuously being used to plan and track CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that showcase insights essential to drive strategy across audience planning and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize campaigns through performance analysis.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure seamless execution of business intelligence projects.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role.
- Expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, with experience in deploying and maintaining dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferred experience working with CRM systems such as Hybris.
