JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERERATION EXECUTIVE FOR LIQUID CARGO TRANPORT
· Daily scheduling of vehicles – tanks -drivers
· Daily trips, driver’s duty plan
· Issue trips to driver’s as per order
· Maintain job records.
· Create and post job orders.
· Verify permits and approvals before dispatch of vehicles.
· Managing bunkering with respect to vessel operations, tanker, accessories etc.
· Entering delivery note and invoicing against job orders in ERP
· Arrangement of petty cash for drivers as per their trip need including cross border trips and settlement.
· Arrange and organize accredited bunkering TRAKHEES training and approval for drivers & helpers.
· Monthly summary data for ENOC and invoice data.
· Apply & renew Tarkhees permit for drivers and vehicles.
· Co-ordinate with PROs for vehicle and tanker renewal / passing with RTA & Civil Défense
· Daily & Monthly trips log sheet.
· CID pass & renewal request for Fujairah.
· BNF & other documents submission for Marine NOC and Marine Security request – to coordinate between Customer – Shipping Agent- Trakhees-DP World Marine – Ports – Agents for Fujairah, Korfakkan, Hamriyah, Port Khalid, Jebel Ali and Hamriyah Ports for every marine delivery -24/7
· Arrange for NOC and security approval 24/7.
· Verify and inspect tank cleanliness for compatibility.
· 24/7 contact with drivers including Kuwait drivers.
· Arrange export documents and verification for GCC shipments.
· Track GCC shipments with drivers, border agents and consignee’s agent.
· Export order documentation.
Desire candidate must be

Languages : Hindi, English (Fluent)
Experience: must have more than 2 years’ experience in operation of liquid cargo transport
Salary: 3000 to 4000 (depend on experience) + Accommodation + Transportation

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
