The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly driven Merchandising team as a full-time Merchandising Coordinator! Reporting to the Group Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience environment within our showrooms
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure range commitments fit space allocation
  • Seeking inspiration for styling trends and ideas and providing feedback to all relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and innovation
  • Gather and share insights to support opportunities for space planning improvements
  • Working with key stakeholders in communicating Visual Merchandising initiatives to maximize promotional events and catalogues

About You

With an enthusiastic attitude and proven retail experience, you also have creative flair, an eye for detail and a general knowledge of visual merchandising. Your skills include:

  • Demonstrated experience in Merchandising/Visual Merchandising
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to interpret and draw insights from all forms of data, providing creative and innovate recommendations on space and design
  • Understanding of fixtures and fittings and showroom layouts
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications (desirable but not essential)
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred, but not essential)
