ABOUT LOCAL DEALER FOOD INC.
Local Dealer Food Inc. is Located at the Dapper-market. A vibrant spot with a daily market in front of our doorstep. It is a beautiful spot where we have our Mexican flag shack and cocktail bar in one. Local Dealer is a Mexican kitchen where we mainly serve tacos and ceviches. It is all about sharing, bringing people together and celebrating life. #quickndirty
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Chef de Partie you play a key role in the Kitchen team of Local Dealer Food Inc. We are a team that works tightly together, and each person is equally important. We are looking for motivated people to join our close team. You will be involved in the mis en place, running of a section and service, among other responsibilities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- · You possess a natural hospitality charm

- · A good understanding and speaking of English and preferably Dutch as well
- · MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level
- · At least one year experience in a similar field
- · Living in or around Amsterdam
YOU CAN EXPECT

- · Average tips between €200 and €300 per month for a full-time job

ABOUT US
Local Dealer Food Inc. is a young hospitality business with great ambitions. Next to our restaurant spot we have a food trailer for special events and festivals and we do catering on locations. We are currently active on one location and a looking into expansion.
