DOCUMENTATION STAFF [Philippines]


 

  • URGENT REQUIREMENT, CAN START ASAP
  • Bachelor of Science Degree and/or graduate of any four year college course
  • With at least One (1) year working experience as Documentation Officers
  • handles Authentication of Documents, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, etc..
  • Must be familiar with the processing of the VISA Requirements for Tourists and Business Travelers
  • Tourists & Business VISA Applications for Different Embassies
  • Calls client to coordinate for the schedule of interview to the embassy
  • Can visit clients & makes presentation to various companies
  • Can process renewal and new PASSPORTS
  • Can work under stress and multi-task
  • Applicants who can work ASAP
  • Must be computer Literate (MS Word, EXCEL)
  • Have worked with Travel Agency is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Madrigal Business Park in Ayala Alabang

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php17,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
