Our website helps Americans with interests in Italy get assistance with various bureaucratic tasks in English . We are looking for an Administrator for our business that speaks both English and Italian fluently.
Responsibilities include:
- Correspondence – this includes external and internal communications (e.g. emails with clients as well as other companies with whom we collaborate). So customer support involved here.
- Phones - monitoring and routing voice messages (no active answering of phones)
- Social media - creating content and posting
- Website - content creation
- Finances - monitoring PayPal and Stripe, creating reports, processing refunds
- Project management: finding and implementing a virtual reception system and chat system, recruit a webmaster to help create and implement related websites
Qualifications:
· College degree
· Fully bilingual, English and Italian (do not apply if you do not meet this criteria)
· Outstanding verbal and written communications
· Attention to detail
· Work remotely but must live in the USA
· Comfortable learning new technologies without direct instruction (self-starter)
· Problem solver/critical thinker
Number of hours per week: 5-10 to start with room for growth quickly

Pay: $25.00 per hour
