- 360-degree, end to end recruitment with a strong focus on BD
- Manage client and candidate accounts
- Problem solver with a proactive mindset
- Follow VIPeople processes and procedures no shortcuts
- Work closely with our recruitment coordinator
- Attend network events / Dyers Road ITM Trade show days
- Social media and marketing
- 5 years experience as a permanent recruitment consultant
- Energetic individual with the drive to succeed
- Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- The ability to make the tough calls to new clients
- Capable of meeting monthly targets after settling in
- Full clean driver licence
- And a have a great sense of humour...now this is ESSENTIAL!
