Position Title: Shunt driver
Location: Mont-Royal, Québec
Duration: full-time
Salary: 24,91$/hour overtime after 45 hours
Description:
We are looking for talented dedicated drivers with exceptional customer service to join our delivery fleet. We provide an excellent training program, dedicated equipment, and opportunities for growth.
Position Summary:
- Start at our client based in Ville Mont-Royal
- Monday to Friday
- Start time at 10h00 pm to 6h00 am
- Shunt trailers in the yard with a shunt truck (around 15 to 25 moves per shift)
- Be able to park trailers efficiently and tidy yard spacing to help traffic flow
- Follow company rules and regulations with respect to safety and hours of service
- Ensure trailers are in good working condition and readily available to be loaded
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Valid class 1 License
- Must be confortable backing into small docks
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Clean CVOR, abstract and criminal search
- Follow company rules and regulations with respect to safety and hours of service
- Excellent customer service skills
