JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Corporation is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Accounts Payable team. With minimal supervision this position processes supplier onboarding requests daily with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, the ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and the ability to resolve issues utilizing analytical skills as well as application tools. The candidate should monitor, identify, and resolve exception items, assisting the suppliers, internal customers, and/or management when required while processing the supplier onboarding forms. You must have great attention to detail, the ability to make decisions, and excellent communication skills to converse with and provide training as required to suppliers as well as employees. The role will require the ability to process high volumes of forms and inquiries while maintaining accuracy and controls.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process supplier on-boarding requests
- Assist with questions regarding the onboarding process, including zoom meetings, emails, and phone calls
- Update in Workday supplier records
- Manage and resolve any items in the various queues
- IRS TIN Matching
- Special projects as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Prior experience with workflow, suppliers, and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize daily workload, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Be a team player
