Supreme Pawfection is looking for an experienced Weekend Schedule/Appointment Coordinator to join our team!
Supreme Pawfection is an upscale Mobile Dog Grooming business. You would be joining a team with an established and growing clientele.
Job Details:
- Responsible for all incoming calls and texts during shift
- Following up with clients that have not been rebooked and their concerns in general
- Point of contact between Groomer and Client
- Booking future appointments
- Scheduling future appointments
- Scheduling future routing for groomers
- Suberb customer service skills required
- Update profiles
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15 - $17 an hour
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shift 10am-6pm
- 5 days per week
Work Days: Saturday - Sunday (Possibly work during week as well)
Job Location: Remote
Experience:
- Preferably Dog Grooming Scheduling Experience/ Customer Service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
