Sales Skills: Must have strong sales skills, including the ability to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how their digital services can meet those needs. You should also have experience in developing sales strategies and closing deals.
Strong communication skills: You need to have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results to different stakeholders in the company.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and tactics. They should be able to speak knowledgeably about the digital services their company offers, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and website design.
Relationship Building: Building relationships with clients is crucial in sales. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Customer Focus: You should be able to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Analytical Skills: You should be able to analyze metrics to measure the success of their digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Time Management: You should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Teamwork:You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and share ideas and insights.
Adaptability:You should be open to learning new skills and approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities :
Achieve Sales Target: Responsible to consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company to help drive business growth and revenue.
Identifying potential clients: Responsible for identifying potential clients for the company's digital services. This may involve researching businesses and industries, attending networking events, and leveraging personal and professional networks.
Conducting sales meetings: Responsible for conducting sales meetings with clients to present their company's products or services, answer questions, and address any concerns.
Making outbound sales calls: Responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads, closing deals, and increasing revenue for their company.
Building relationships with clients: Responsible for building strong relationships with clients. This involves communicating with them regularly, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Developing sales strategies: Responsible for developing sales strategies to meet the company's revenue targets. This may involve identifying new business opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and negotiating contracts.
Conducting sales meetings: Responsible for conducting sales meetings with clients to present the company's digital services, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.
Closing deals: Responsible for closing deals with clients. This involves negotiating contracts, setting pricing, and finalizing the terms of the agreement.
