Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Closing of Book of Accounts monthly.
2. Generate and assess monthly Trial Balance.
3. Check monthly accruals and journal entries of reconciled Advances and JE for month end closing for Financial Statement.
4. Establish and prepare accurate monthly Balance Sheet.
5. Monitors Fixed Assets and reconstruct lapsing and depreciation.
6. Check AR, AP, Cash and Cash Equivalents and Inventory Balances.
7. Approval of Goods Issue and Return in the system.
8. Assess Financial Statement with Comparative actual vs. budget.
9. Verify RFCM/RFP vs BPP before approval of CEO.
10. Check Sales Fund entry before encoding at SAP.
11. Review AP voucher Trade and Non Trade prepared by AP Specialist and Accounting Specialist before endorsing for check preparation.
12. Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Competence Requirements:
1. Preferrably with 2-3 years of experience in financial statement preparation and Fixed Assets related task.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
3. Microsoft Office business accounting software like SAP Business One Solution Software.
4. With excellent analytical. Interpersonal skills, systematic and detailed oriented.
5. Result oriented and keen to details.
6. Self-starter and highly motivated.
7. Financial budgeting/reporting exposure is an advantage.
