Job Summary:
We Arina Home are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team at our luxury furniture outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing spaces that showcase our high-end furniture products. This position will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing design concepts which include our products, selecting materials and finishes, and creating detailed plans and renderings. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style specially for luxury modern design and a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Develop design concepts which include our products that meet the client's needs and align with our brand aesthetic
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Select our furnishings products for clients site
- Communicate design ideas and recommendations to clients and team members
- Assist the clients on site with tour of the products which will suit their requirement
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that design concepts are aligned with product offerings and brand messaging
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a luxury furniture or home decor setting
- Proficiency in 3D max for interior designing.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit etc
- Strong sense of style and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
