- You have between 2 and 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer admitted to the Bar in Belgium.
- You have had exposure to or experience in Intellectual Property Law (preferably Copyright and Patents) and/or Competition and Market Practices Law in a leading national or international law firm.
- You want to develop a career spanning across Advisory, Transactional and Litigation work. You want to work on the crossroads of Business, Law and Policy and you are at ease in the company of business executives.
- You’re eager to learn. You’re open to constructive and even critical feedback. You prefer working in a team rather than alone.
- You have an eye for detail and a liking for perfection. You have high demands towards others as well as to yourself.
- You speak one of the official languages of Belgium in combination with English and any other third language. An academic track record in more than one of those languages is a definite plus.
- You like to be the challenger rather than the incumbent. You don’t argue, you debate. You like to work hard when it’s needed – and not when it’s inefficient.
- You see the connection where others do not.
