  • Appointment calendar and scheduling
  • Online meetings in our own video conferencing room
  • E-signature for getting contracts signed

Today, we serve 70 of the largest DACH Enterprises companies, mostly in the insurance and financial-services industries. Job Description


We are seeking a native German-speaking product manager to bridge the gap between our customers and our design and engineering team. This is primarily an outward-facing role with the majority of time (70%) spent with customers and the remainder on product development.

You would be responsible for:

  • Meeting with our existing Enterprise customers to discuss their ideal product experience and documenting business requirements

  • Owning one or more of Flexperto's core features and prioritising key improvements and development based on customers' insights

  • Collaborating with design and engineering to translate customer problems into user stories in JIRA/confluence and delivering projects from end-to-end


Qualifications
  • You are a native German speaker with fluent English skills
  • You are comfortable with managing customer relationships and articulating business requirements
  • Technical experience or background is also a big plus
