Key Responsibilities
- Defect management for completed project which involves defect assessment, rectification, QC, and joint inspection.
- Using standard assessment method based on QLASSIC to inspect/conduct building workmanship quality, M&E fittings functionality, to find any building defects or shrinkage, and to prepare Building Defects Report.
