Position Description:
As an SAP HR Support Specialist (1st Line), you'll analyze and resolve HR-related issues in the SAP SuccessFactors system. You'll serve as the initial contact, categorize and escalate tickets, collaborate with the Level 2 team, and provide technical support to clients. Additionally, you'll test new system versions, update documentation, and offer explanations and solutions for identified problems..
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving, categorizing, and resolving reported incidents related to SAP SuccessFactors, including modules such as Recruiting Management, Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.
- Performing initial diagnosis and validation of reported issues
- Explaining the root causes of problems and providing clear and understandable solutions.
- Working with incident management tools like Jira, and updating documentation and knowledge bases.
- Testing new versions and features of the SuccessFactors system.
- Collaborating with the reporting team to test and evaluate reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting the SAP SuccessFactors system, including HR modules such as Recruiting Management, Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.
- Ability to analyze reported issues and perform technical validation.
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Jira.
- Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Fluent proficiency in Spanish.
- Required to work between 3 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Friday).
