We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our consulting firm. The Talent Advisor will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and advice to our clients on matters related to talent acquisition, talent management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR consulting in a consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their talent acquisition and talent management needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our clients
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on employer branding, candidate engagement, and other aspects of the recruitment process
- Work with clients to develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide feedback to clients on candidate suitability
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on employee engagement, retention, and development
- Work with clients to identify training and development needs and develop career development programs
- Keep up to date with the latest recruitment and talent management trends and share best practices with clients
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on recruitment and talent management activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR consulting in a consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and google workspace suite
Additional Information
Working Conditions:
The potential candidate for this role will primarily work on-site.
Salary range:
NGN 200,000 - 250,000 (salary offer will be based of on interview outcome and experience)
