Key requirements

  • University degree in IT or related sphere (graduate or student from the 3rd year);
  • Relevant experience will be a big advantage;
  • Practical knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, LAN basics, computer parts;
  • Good knowledge of Ukrainian and preferably English;
  • Well-organised and client-oriented;
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS at an administrator level;
  • Experience in virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMWare);
  • Work experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365;
  • Work experience with Cloud services (Microsoft Azure или AWS/Google Cloud);
  • Experience with a structured cable system laying.

Duties include

  • Administer workstations – help employees with office equipment setup and update, conduct IT induction;
  • Install, configure and maintain servers and networks;
  • Oversee system performance and troubleshooting issues;
  • Maintain office equipment – printers, telephone systems etc.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities, such as tracking usage of office equipment, communication and paperwork work related to cooperation with external providers etc.;
  • Deal with daily requests from internal users and perform other tasks from direct managers.
