We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative work and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and keep track of incoming messages
- Maintain schedules & assist as needed
- Organize office to create an efficient work environment
- Complete tasks as they assigned
- Work with our vendors to order materials as needed
- Communicate with vendors and customers in an efficient & polite manner
- Send invoices to customers as needed
- Organization & tracking of incoming shipments for upcoming projects
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
