We seek people who:
- Can work 1st shift
- Ensure proper staffing levels within each department while prioritizing labor to essential functions
- Maintain a high level of customer service to achieve quality standards
- Ensure productivity goals and key performance metrics are consistently met
- Promote engagement in core company values through the effective execution of established policies and programs

We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 5+ years distribution center experience preferred
- 5+ years leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated experience in structured continuous improvement efforts
- Proactive and highly motivated, holding team accountable for results
- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
