Position Summary:

Serves as a liaison between LabCorp laboratories responding to sample processing questions and problems.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provides complete and accurate resolution to all user inquiries or redirects inquirer to appropriate contacts.
  • Covers customer service phone queue providing complete and accurate resolution to all user inquiries or redirects inquirer to appropriate resource.
  • Addresses and answers client services emails, PROC problem communications and MOLIS test/patient updates.
  • Assists technical staff with customer support needs.
  • Informs customers of pending results or releases confirms results according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Notifies management of trends, customer issues and concerns, and reports problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintains and/or generates complete, accurate and up-to-date documents such as logs, reports, worksheets, and similar paperwork such that information can be addressed in a timely manner.
  • Track all shipments from regional sites to testing lab.
  • Adheres to the standard operating procedures and safety requirements of Esoterix, CLIA, CAP and other regulatory bodies.
  • Follows any other job-related instructions and performs any other job related duties requested by department management.

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour.
