The Job’s mission:
As a Medical Education Program Manager, you will manage the strategy, planning and execution of a variety of Medical Education programs for Stryker Neurovascular. You will play a key role in leading the approaches to drive educational initiatives aligned with business objectives. Project management and collaboration with healthcare professionals (HCPs), Sales and cross-functional internal teams are thus important elements in this position.

What you will do:
Product and procedural expertise related to HCP education programs.
Develop and deliver an annual educational strategy.
Continuously look for excellence in the development in Medical Education offering.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to design educational materials.
Lead the project management of Medical Education programs.
Develop new methods to increase effectiveness including online education and applications.
Demonstrate collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc.
Develop and support strategy and vision (short to long term).
Develop and analyze Medical Education program metrics to measure effectiveness and drive strategy.
Manage Medical Education offering in accordance with P&L requirement.
Define plan and prioritize investments.
Manage KOL network as well as “up and coming” thought leaders.
Develop and adapt Medical Education programs to customer needs and business priorities.
Articulate a communication strategy per media channels impacts.
Defined desired communications outcomes consistent with Medical Education strategy.
Anticipate development of new Medical Education platform, analyze needs and priorities based on business needs and budget allocation.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
8+ years of work experience preferred.
Preferably, 5+ years of related experience in fields such as Medical Education, MarCom, etc.
Demonstrated ability in leading and managing multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Another European language preferred.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
