We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our member team, reporting to the Director of Product Management. In this role, you will own the end-to-end post-purchase member experience, covering Brightside’s member web portals, iOS app, and Android app. You will partner closely with Brightside’s product design, engineering, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to continuously improve member engagement, retention, and churn. Additionally, you will be involved in launching new care plans and offerings for members.

What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager on the Member team:

  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product analysts, to drive the development and enhancement of Brightside’s member portals and mobile apps.
  • Define Product Strategy: Collaborate on defining a product strategy for the member team to drive meaningful member engagement & retention, as well as building a product roadmap.
  • Guide User Research: Work with product design to define and execute user research activities, such as surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gain insights into member preferences, pain points, and needs. Translate findings into actionable member product improvements.
  • Lead Product Launches and Testing: Plan and execute product launches, including beta testing and iterations based on user feedback. Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to ensure successful product adoption and user engagement.
  • Track Analytics and Product Performance: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key product metrics, member engagement, retention, and churn.

Requirements:

  • Background or degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience working as a product manager on consumer-focused products and technologies, ideally in the healthcare field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus toward delivering high-quality consumer product features
