Job Scope
Our growing Company is seeking to hire a high performing Sales Manager who will be responsible to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The selected candidate will be in-charge of sales department and responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper Management.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
· Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Ability to manage multiple brands.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing or Retail Management (preferred).
· 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a Sales Manager.
· Experience in Managing and directing a sales team.
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Customer relationship management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Hands-on experience in Distribution and Retail industry.
· Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
· Driving License (preferred)
