Scrum Master III [United States]


 

Compensation Range : 85,000. - 120,000.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be leading multiple eCommerce teams, which service both our B2B and B2C customers, as a ScrumMaster
  • Assisting with alignment across the enterprise to ensure that all commitments are met on time and match expectations
  • Evangelizing Agile methodology and acts as a coach to team
  • Guides product owners in definition and prioritization of outcomes
  • Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews and maintains backlogs
  • Removes roadblocks to software development
  • Provides input on Agile Value Stream transformation
  • Coordinates the work of an Agile development team and oversees the software development lifecycle
  • Plans and facilitates scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand up, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements
  • Aptitude to act as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring that appropriate project process is made
  • Proactive thinking to identify and resolves impediments that slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals or milestones
  • Comfortably performs under work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter
  • Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to junior associates
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to stakeholders
  • Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization
  • Proven ability to balance concurrent activities

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent), or 5 + years of experience managing large engineering programs
  • Demonstrated ScrumMaster experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies and SAFe framework
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent
  • SAFe Certified ScrumMaster certification or equivalent
  • Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Professional or equivalent
