We invite you to bring your holistic skill set into play when you join Group HR as our new Student Assistant. You will support the global HR leadership team in delivery of global solutions and business support. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong interest and knowledge in communication and HR as a discipline and be curious to learn about - and work with - a wide range of HR tasks and processes.

You will join our Group HR team
As our new Student Assistant for Group HR in Ramboll, you will be part of a team of HR professionals based out of Copenhagen and Ramboll’s global locations. You will report to Stinne, our HR strategist & EA to CPO, and support the team broadly. Rikke, our current student assistant whom you will replace, will make sure that you get a good introduction to the job, as she will continue in a fixed position within HR Ramboll.
We imagine that you will work approximately 15-20 hours a week - we will plan your working time together, so you have the needed time to prioritize your studies and exams. We also offer the possibility of doing an internship with us during your studies, if there is a good match of tasks and interest.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support and drive a variety of communication tasks within the fields of HR
  • Support our global HR leadership team in big and small projects
  • Assist with administrative and practical tasks such as planning and monthly updates etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various events or projects
  • Ad hoc tasks

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • You are in the final year of your bachelor within HR or Communication - or similar line of study, mixed with experience/significant knowledge within these areas
  • A passionate and excellent communicator
  • Work systematically and with attention to detail
  • Work independently and not afraid to take initiative and reach out to people
  • Professional English communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (primarily PowerPoint and abit of Excel) or willing to learn.
