We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, as well as with Hiring Managers and stakeholders in all seniority levels, your focus will be on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and driving talent acquisition projects to ensure the successful sourcing and attraction of top-tier talent for key positions within the company.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers and teams on all Talent Acquisition related activities to ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Facilitate full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on creating a positive candidate experience, while working with colleagues and candidates from around the world.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, inclusive job descriptions, and sourcing diverse candidates,
  • Ensuring the integrity of our applicant tracking system data.
  • Coach hiring managers through the recruitment and interview process, refining our hiring forecasting capabilities along the way.

What you should bring

  • 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a global company, with dependencies in different countries and time zones.
  • Data and tool drivenness, excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as with candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals
  • Experience in project management and TA related DEI and brand initiatives is a plus.
