This role will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food and service, managing events, simplifying operations, managing feedback, ensuring compliance requirements are met, driving financial performance, and leading a team of staff.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) before functions, make introductions, and ensure that all arrangements are agreeable.
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, action stations, etc Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
