Position Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for online technical service of inverter market customers、installers、distributors、etc.
2. Provide technical service to support for sales team;
3. Make and sort out inverter failures technical questions and help customers or distributors find a solution.
4. Communicate with R&D team on those market problems.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred;
2. 3 years or above relevant working experience;
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance;
4. Have strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have good customer service awareness.Fluent in French and Dutch.
